Summary of Chesterfield College FC

Chesterfield college FC in summary is well ran football club. Its main strengths include its structure and facilties. The structure is built well with each employee knowing there roles and responsibilities and do well at completing what jobs need to be done to run the football club. The facilties that have been put in place for the club are outstanding and give each student the tools they need to reach there full potential. The quality provided is a great advantage to the college and allows them to progress. However if the club follows what i have suggested in my previous blogs then they should be able to progress even further and quicker by taking better advantage of the tools they already have in front of them. As a club they are currently doing well but can definetly improve through the areas i have suggested.
